Q: How will my item be shipped?

A: All national and international orders are shipped via Canada Post. All orders below $100 will be sent WITHOUT TRACKING. Exceptions will be made for pieces of original art. Original art and orders over $100 will be sent with tracking via Fed Ex. If you would like tracking for orders under $100 please contact us about adding the additional charge to your order (usually about $20)


Q: How long will my item take to arrive?

A: Orders are usually processed and shipped the day of ordering, depending on the time in which case it is the next day. Shipping is usually 5-12 days for Canada and the US and 7-14 for international orders however items have been known to take less time or a little more.

Q: What type of packaging do you use?

A: Orders are sent in a cardboard shipping tube with a cap end.


Q: What if my package doesn't arrive?


A: Meighan West cannot be held accountable for incorrect shipping addresses being provided, packages that become lost in the mail or are otherwise not delivered due to postal error, or theft.


Only items over $100 and original pieces of art will be tracked. Meighan West cannot issue refunds for items that are claimed to be lost unless a lost parcel report from Canada Post is provided. By purchasing items from this website, you agree to this policy. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

If the order is returned to Meighan West because the address was not accurate a refund will be issued less the cost of shipping and handling (if a refund is desired).


Q: Can I return my item if it is damaged?

A: You can absolutely return your item if it is damaged. We do, however, limit this policy to 30 days from the date the purchase was made (shipping time is included in this time). Essentially, if the item is damaged when it arrives, please tell us right away and we can make arrangements to either replace it or return it. If the time has passed the 30 days we will not be held accountable for damaged items.

Q: Can I return my item if I am not satisfied with it?

A: Again, you may absolutely return an item if you are unsatisfied. The policy of 30 days to notify us of your wish to return the item (from the date of purchase) is still in effect.


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments. These are currently the only forms of payment that we accept. All orders must be paid for before they are processed to ship.
